A Message From Mrs. Capuano

"One of the most important ways we can contribute to our community is to leave a legacy.  The building of this legacy is evident in the passion of our professionals and staff displayed while providing care to our community every day.  PRIDE (privacy, respect, integrity, dignity and empathy) serves as our interactional foundation, while the desire for clinical excellence fuels our actions.

We are committed to providing evidence based, team oriented, compassionate care centered on the patients, families and/or significant others.  Our education and research initiatives revolve around this commitment and contribute to our national recognition.  While focusing on our patients is our number one goal, attention is also paid to the development of our managers and leaders to provide the environment in which our professionals will positively contribute.  We will continue to focus on improvement, striving for excellence in all we do."
