A Message From Mr. Paxton
"The most impressive thing about Lehigh Valley Health Network is the passion our physicians, nurses and caregivers display every day. All our dedicated, energetic colleagues throughout our network take our organization's mission to heal, comfort and care for the people of our community to heart, creating a culture of collegiality and respect.
It's our goal to provide our colleagues with the tools, support and backing they need to create the highest-quality care for our patients. Our colleagues supply the expertise, energy and creativity to make it happen. They make our health network a national leader and a great place to work. Our challenge over the next few years is to successfully cultivate our culture while keeping pace with our region's growth. We will continue to recruit the best and brightest colleagues to join our team so we can keep delivering the highest-quality care to people in and around the Lehigh Valley." |
