Karen has been a member of the Lehigh Valley Health Network staff since March, 1985, and has been a member of the Medical Staff Services team since January, 1997.

A few of her responsibilities include:

• Credentialing of physicians and allied health staff
• Reappointment of physicians and allied health staff
• Maintaining the Medical Staff Services database which includes almost 1,200 Medical Staff and 400 Allied Health Staff
• Preparation of agenda and serving as staff at the monthly Credentials Committee meeting
